Frequently Asked Questions
How much do your items cost?
Patches + letters are $8 each when added to one of our base items. Pouches are $20–$30, and totes are $30–$55. Pressing is free with the purchase of a base item. Patches purchased without a base item are $12 each. Pricing is subject to change.
If I make an item in person, how long is the turnaround before it's ready?
Usually about 20 minutes. On busier weekends, turnaround may be up to an hour, so we suggest coming to us early in your visit if you want to shop around while we make your item.
Can I order a bag online?
Hopefully sometime soon! Right now, we are prioritizing in-person creation at the studio. We plan to open up web/app ordering later in 2026. Keep an eye on our Instagram for updates.
Can I buy a patch alone?
Yes! This is new for 2026. Patches purchased without a base item are $12 each instead of $8. If you choose this option, we ask that you take them home and use your own iron to apply them yourself.
If I see a patch I liked and it's gone, will it be back?
Maybe! We are constantly reordering customer favorites, but we can't guarantee restocks. Everything is a limited run, and we drop new patches daily, so stop into the store to see what we have.
Can I add new patches to a bag that was made at Toteally Yours?
Yes! Come back and add more patches anytime. Each new patch is $8 with no additional pressing fee.
Can I bring my own bag and have you add patches to it?
Yes! This is new for 2026. We will assess your item in person and let you know if we can use our industrial iron to add patches to it. If we can, we'll ask you to sign a waiver, pay a pressing fee, and pay an upcharge on patches for this option.
Do you do parties or group events?
Yes! For the summer, we are prioritizing in-studio group parties. Message us if you'd like to bring a group, and we can help get it set up. For off-site pop-up events, we plan to reopen travel pop-up events in the fall.
Do you collaborate on patches with Island businesses?
Yes! We love chatting with local businesses and getting permission to print limited-run patches with their logos. They sell quickly and we love working with island locals.
Will the shop in Oak Bluffs be open in the fall?
Yes! We plan to be open through Halloween, take a short break, and potentially reopen for the holidays.
